The old Montaz is gone and in it’s place is new chef Robin D’Souza and business partner Nelson who have created the “Market Street Brasserie”.
Robin has moved from London where he was the head chef at Piccadilly’s Le Meriden Hotel.
The food at the restaurant on Market Street, Ely is described as English with a Modern European Touch.
