Staff at Rackham Primary School in Witchford were asked by their headteacher to spread some Christmas Joy to the pupil and parent community this festive season.
Headteacher, Bridget Harrison said, “I saw a brilliant video online of some shopkeepers singing and walking through Ely High Street Passage and it got me thinking that our staff could do one of those and it would be brilliant! It didn’t take much persuading for all the staff to become involved.”
The video was shared with over 300 pupils who attend the village primary school during the end of term, special Christmas assembly and was also shared on the school’s twitter page for the parent community @rackhamprimary
“It was so much fun to fill and make,” said Mrs. Harrison. “It really shows how great our staff are and that it can be fun working in a school. It is fantastic that so many people enjoyed watching it. Primary schools are truly magical at Christmas time”
