With such successful “Muscle Mash Up” charity exercise events over the last 3 years
we are back for the 4th!
This year’s event is being held at Ely Beet Sports & Social Club, where the very
first Muscle Mash Up was held over 3 years ago. The monies raised went to MIND,
Global’s Make Some Noise and this year Embrace Child Victims of Crime.
Tickets are £10 and all monies raised will go to the charity Embrace Child Victims of Crime, a national children’s charity based in Peterborough, who support children and young victims of serious crime.
The Muscle Mash Up 4 Charity Event is a 2 hour fun exercise event which will include: Warm Up, Zumba, Beatz Fitness, Core & Stretch and 175 Explosive, all by local trained professional teachers! All abilities welcome!
Afterwards, for a further donation, you can celebrate your achievements with cakes provided by The Isle Bakery and a glass of something fizzy!
