We don't do anonymous

We have recently been getting more requests than ever to post anonymously or change someone’s name.
For those of you who follow Spotted in Ely, will know that we do not do this under any circumstances unless an authoritative request for help is required.
Why don’t we? We believe that every person must be accountable for requests or posts they want on here. We have been burned enough by fakes and we strive not to let it happen again and no we will not bend the rule just because you asked nicely.
